September 2022: In-Person Meeting!

We are very happy to announce that we will resume meeting at the Brockville Country Club on Tuesday, September 27th, 2022 at 5 p.m.

If you do not feel comfortable meeting in person, we have developed a solution that allows everyone to have a vote, whether they are present or not.

Online nominations will be open:

Nominations will be gathered online in advance of the meeting. Prior to the meeting start, we will post the 3 chosen charities that will be voted on. This will allow the charities to prepare their presentation for the group that is present at the meeting.

Members will have the opportunity to vote from home, or in person at the meeting, and all votes will be counted together. (one vote per member, of course!)

Voting is now open

Only members may vote. Any votes by non-members will be removed.

Nominee: Food for All Food Bank

Supports Prescott, Spencerville and Cardinal area food bank needs

Just celebrated their 20th Anniversary. The need for the service has expanded . The Food for All has more families than ever needing to use the food bank.

They are grateful for all the community support they have received, however the need is larger than ever. They are finding that people in the past that have supported the food bank are now in need of the food bank.

The money would be used to purchase supplies in the various areas that they fall short in.
